The Kitchener Panthers is an independent, minor league baseball team of the Intercounty Baseball League. Established in 1919, the Kitchener Panthers is the oldest and and only charter member team in the league. Based in Kitchener, Ontario the Panthers home games are played at Jack Couch Baseball Park, located adjacent to the Kitchener Memorial
Auditorium (The Aud).
